La Reserva Club has launched a private jet concierge service to provide prospective residential buyers covid-19 safe access to view and experience the Sotogrande lifestyle first-hand. The club, a private gated community in the heart of Sotogrande, is experiencing a rise in demand from across Europe for its properties since the start of the coronavirus outbreak. To ease comfort of travel, the club is offering a bespoke package to enable safe travel – as well as to showcase all that the Sotogrande lifestyle has to offer.
Marc Topiol, chairman of Sotogrande SA, believes the increase in interest has soared as people are focused on identifying solutions to what really matters to them in terms of relevant and authentic lifestyle options: “We offer our residents security, space, clear air, warm weather, fantastic amenities for all the family, a closeness to nature and, most importantly, a platform to share all this with their loved ones,” he said. “We have been a haven for the elite since 1962 but never has our offering been more attractive and prevalent than in today’s world. It seems that going back to fundamentals is a key draw to many of the families we interact with.”
The trend towards the pursuit of a better quality of life is prevalent and, many families are being attracted to this location due to the security on offer and the presence of a world-leading International school. Other enquirers have also looked to Sotogrande as the perfect place to call home due to its low population density, proximity to nature, accessibility as well as the general lifestyle, sport and entertainment facilities on offer, all within close proximity to Marbella’s hustle and bustle. Similar rises in enquiries have also been reported for other sub-gated communities currently on offer and for the apartments in Village Verde development, Sotogrande S.A’s latest project set to commence construction very soon.
The private jet service can pick prospective buyers up from a wide range of international airports and take them to Gibraltar, which is just 20 minutes’ drive from La Reserva Club.
