A portfolio of the world’s premier golf courses, destinations and resorts, worldclass.golf has today announced the appointment of Michael Warren as a partner agent to oversee the burgeoning real estate side of the network. Warren, who has extensive experience working in the real estate industry, has developed a worldwide network of high-wealth contacts, and spent five years working and living in Asia.
Commenting on his appointment, Warren, who has also worked for upscale agency Fine & Country in the UK said: “I’m excited to be joining worldclass.golf at a time when I see huge possibilities for on-course real estate at ‘world-class’ golf destinations around the world. The last two years has seen a significant increase in second-home ownership in part due to the pandemic, as individuals and couples reassess their lifestyle.
“Golf has always been a sport which attracts high-wealth earners, and as worldclass.golf is aimed at golfers who aspire to play some of the finest golf courses in the world, there is a natural synergy in also wanting to aspire to own a property on a golf course. I’m looking forward to introducing my extensive client base to some of the destinations within the portfolio, and also adding future destinations.”

Warren will join worldclass.golf with immediate effect, and will assist in promoting the five destinations currently showcasing real estate — La Reserva and Las Colinas in Spain; Monte Rei in Portugal; Royal Westmoreland in Barbados and Zala Springs in Hungary.
